Hi! I'm Bethany, and in August, 2018, my mom and I traveled to France with Rick Steve's Best of Paris in Seven Days to celebrate my graduation! It was the best gift I could imagine, a week spent with my mom in Paris, a city bursting with color, light, art, and culture.

This tour was unforgettable, I saw everything I hoped I would and so much more.

We were nervous at first to travel with a tour group because we are travelers who are eager to immerse ourselves in the culture of a city, and not every tour provides that opportunity. However, we felt right at home in our Rick Steve's group full of like-minded travelers.

Our guide Virginie was so helpful, informative, and eager to help us have the best trip possible that now we cannot imagine traveling any other way. We experienced so much in those seven days; between the churches, monuments, food, museums, and art, there was never a dull moment.

The hotel Rick Steve's tour chose, the Hotel de Londres EiffeI was charming, in a great location, and had amazingly helpful staff (not to mention a lovable family dog).  A bonus was the included 7 day sites and metro passes, so we could go wherever we wanted in our free time without extra fees.
