Day trip beyond compare
We were escorted out of Paris as a group and our Rick Steve's special access allowed us to skip the line that was blocks long. We enjoyed a guided tour of the Palace and had plenty of time afterward to enjoy the gardens to our hearts' content.

It was a beautiful day for a garden lover to view the fountains, wander along the paths and explore all the gardens had to offer.
We experienced Versailles in all its sparkling glory with a guest guide to point out the highlights while skipping the lines in a group entrance.
After our tour of the palace, we took the scenic walk to Marie Antoinette's Hamlet to see the picturesque fake farm and lake on our own time. We loved the lush gardens and even stopped for sorbet on the way back!
